During the registration process personal data, such as the name, address, email-address, of each participant will be collected. We save and use these personal data in order to guarantee the correct performance of our events, furthermore we require these data for our own billing purposes and for our statistics. After your registration, you will receive an email in which all collected data will be listed.
Due to the fact that the Kompetenzschule is funded by the European Social Fund, we are obligated to transmit your personal data for survey and financial billing purposes to our sponsor or institutions commissioned by the sponsor. These are the Sächsische Aufbaubank, the European Commission and the Sächsische Staatsministerium für Wissenschaft und Kunst.
Your rights according to the Sächsischen Landesdatenschutzgesetz and the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz will not be affected. Information about the collected and saved personal data can be demanded from the named institutions at any time.
